Integrative Physiotherapy & Regenerative Medicine in Marbella

A Professional Collaboration Between José Rodríguez Osteosalud and CellOrtho Marbella

Working Together for Better Patient Care

At José Rodríguez Osteosalud, we believe the best patient outcomes are achieved when healthcare professionals work together. We are delighted to begin our collaboration with CellOrtho Marbella, a clinic specialising in regenerative medicine, with the shared goal of providing personalised, evidence-informed care for people with musculoskeletal injuries and degenerative conditions.

This collaboration is centred on one principle: placing the patient at the heart of every clinical decision.

A Complementary Clinical Approach

José Rodríguez combines advanced physiotherapy, osteopathy, manual therapy and functional rehabilitation. CellOrtho Marbella provides expertise in regenerative medicine, including the assessment of patients who may benefit from orthobiologic treatments.

By working together, we can offer patients a coordinated multidisciplinary pathway whenever their condition requires it.

Why This Collaboration Matters

Every patient is unique. Close communication between healthcare professionals allows treatment plans to be tailored to individual needs, improving continuity of care and helping patients recover more effectively.

Patients who may benefit from regenerative medicine can be assessed by the CellOrtho medical team, while José Rodríguez Osteosalud continues supporting their rehabilitation through physiotherapy, osteopathy, manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.

A Shared Vision

Our collaboration reflects a shared commitment to evidence-informed practice, multidisciplinary teamwork and personalised care.

We are excited to begin this professional relationship and look forward to helping patients across Marbella and the Costa del Sol benefit from integrated musculoskeletal care.

When Regenerative Treatment May Be Considered

Some patients with tendon injuries, joint degeneration or persistent musculoskeletal pain reach a point where rehabilitation alone is not producing the progress they had hoped for. In these cases, orthobiologic options such as Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy may be discussed as part of a wider treatment plan.

PRP uses a small sample of the patient’s own blood, processed to concentrate the platelet fraction, which is then injected into the affected area under medical supervision. It is used widely in sports medicine and is one of the treatments assessed by Dr Arvin Yarollahi and the medical team at CellOrtho Marbella.

Whether PRP is appropriate depends entirely on the individual case. Patients are assessed first, and physiotherapy, manual therapy and therapeutic exercise remain a central part of recovery either way.
